Security Deposit Management

We collect a security deposit for every booking, regardless of the platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and others). The deposit is held for up to 7 days after checkout, giving time to review the property condition and, if necessary, obtain a repair estimate. When documented damage is confirmed, the relevant cost can be deducted from the deposit in line with the booking terms.
